Meaning:

tIrttham mudal - From sacred waters,
mUrttiyum - a sacred form,
tala visESamum - to the unique greatness of the place -
tAnE - aren't (these three) only (in)
engaL - our
shiva cidambarattil - Chidambaram, the abode of lord Shiva ?

Note : A temple gets glory due to three aspects - murthi , teertham and sthalam (sacred form, sacred waters and the place) . All there are exalted in Chidambaram.

meipporuL mUnrum - The three gods embodying truth,
kIrttanam seyyum - (whom everyone) sings praises of,
onRu enRru - are one,
pagarum - say
vEda Agamam - the Vedas and Agamas,
kENmaiyoDu - with kindness (towards us).
AgaiyAl - Therefore ... (all greatness is found in Chidambaram only)

Note: The Lord here, is no other than the supreme being who takes three forms as Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. This line talks of the greatness of the "murti".

caraNam 1

derishitta pOdu - Upon seeing (the Ananta teertham)
bhAggiyangaL uNDAm - one gets the fortunes
seluttu - of ruling (being able to create worlds)
vAzh nALum - with the lifetime
anda brammanin - of that Brahma.

parishitta pOdu - Upon touching (the Ananta teertham),
AgalAm - one can become
paduma vizhiyOn - the lotus-eyed Vishnu
ulagu padinAlum rakSikkum - who protects the fourteen worlds.

uTkoLLin - by consuming
urucikku pAnIyam - the tasty waters (of the Ananta teertham)
anbAga - with love
peralAm - one can get
uruddiran padavi - the status of Rudra

AgalAm - One can become
mahEsvaranumE - Maheshvara too,
ADavE - by bathing
anandat-tIrthamadil - in the Ananta teertham
varu ciRpara - where wisdom arises.

Note : Ananta teertham is one of the sacred ponds of Chidambaram, in front of the Ananteshvara temple. This verse talks of the greatness of the "teertham" aspect of Chidambaram. Brahma, VIshnu, Rudra and Maheshvara are the gods performing Creation, Protection, Destruction and Concealing. Nataraja performs these tasks through them and does the fifth cosmic task of Grace/Liberation himself.

vEdangaL ellAm - All the Vedas
karudum - consider
kallu mudal - (everything) from stones
maNalgaLum - to sands,
tugaLgaLum - and dust
lingam ena - to be Shiva-lingams
tillai tanil - in Chidambaram.

nIr ellAm - All water
kuLappaDiyil - along the steps of (all) ponds
uNDAna - formed
tillai tanil - in Chidambaram,
sollalAm - can be said
shivagangai enru - to be (waters of) the sacred temple tank Sivaganga.

kUpangaL - All wells (that)
kullai mAl - even Tirumal (Vishnu) who wears Tulasi garlands,
pugazh ariya - would find it difficult to complete praising,
pagaralAm - can be said
Ananda kUpam enRE - to be the "Paramananda koopam"

talattil vasittavarum - Even those living in this Sthalam,
valla padam kANAmalE - without seeing the capable feet
naTarAjar - of Lord Nataraja,
mutti peralAm - can attain Moksha.

Note : Paramananda koopam is a well on the eastern side of the Chitsabhai in the Chidambaram temple, from which water is drawn for performing pooja in the temple.

This verse talks of the greatness of the "teertham" and "sthalam".

tiramum - (Seeing ) the power
sambandar - when Saint Jnanasambandhar
cintai magizh - rejoicing in his heart,
derisikka - saw
yAvarum shiva svarUpamAna - that everyone (here) appeared to be forms of Shiva

nandi mudal indirar - as everyone, led by Nandi and Indra
mUvAyiram punitarum - the three thousand holy priests,
nAradarum - and Narada
tozhudEttavE - adore and praise,

padamum - the Kshetra
taruginRa - granting
pErinba vAzhvu - blissful Moksha
mARAda - that is eternal
vandu derishittavarkku - to all those to come and see,

aruL vaDivAgaiyAl - since (this place is) the embodiment of the compassion
kaDavuL - of the Lord
shivakAmi pangil naTanamiDu - who dances beside Goddess Shivakami
gandamuru kOdai - who wears fragrant garlands, (all greatness is found in Chidambaram only)

Note : This verse talks of the greatness of the "sthalam".
